We ship to EU countries, as well as the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Delivery times vary between 2-4 business days.

Shipping rates to Germany & Netherlands - 5 Euros
Shipping rates to Switzerland - 25 Euros
Rest of EU + UK - 11 Euros

Carriers will vary depending on the destination country. Every parcel receives a tracking number and insurance.

If you are not happy with your purchase and would like to return your items, you have the right to do so within 14 days of receiving your order. To initiate your return, send us an email at hello@quietsocialclub.com with “Return: YOUR ORDER NUMBER” as the subject line to receive the return form. Fill out the form and enclose it in your order and send the goods to Klopstockstrasse 12, 40237 Duesseldorf, Germany. Please note that digital downloads are not refundable.

Returns that reach us outside of the 14-day window, can not be processed as returns. Quiet Social Club does not bear costs for the return.

We will refund the amount to your method of payment within 10 business days.

Note: Returns can only be processed for items that are in original packaging and unused. If the packaging is damaged or the items used Quiet Social Club reserves the right to withhold the refund.
