As we’re speaking you’re on a digital device. A 2018 Nielson study found that we spend on average 11 hours per day reading, listening, watching or generally interacting with some kind of digital media. In our tech-saturated world, there are few occasions left when you can do something offline.

We believe that you can live a happier, healthier, more fulfilled life when your mind is not scattered, distracted and over-stimulated. So we created a program that will allow you to feel more peace, focus and connectedness in as little as one day.

You can join one of our live community retreats or take things at your own pace.

Order your Digital Wellness Kit home and take things offline. This option is available any time and doesn’t require an online presence.

  • My Day Away is a self-paced home retreat that you can design to last between 24-48 hours. The free version of the retreat includes tips, tools and techniques as well as guidance on how to make the most of your day offline.

  • No. The great thing about this retreat program is that you can join us from the comfort of your home.

  • It is recommended to switch off your phone for at least one evening and one morning to enjoy the full effect of the retreat. We understand everybody has busy schedules, so if you cannot commit to switching off your phone, we suggest to put your phone away in the evening and disabling your social media apps for the weekend instead.

  • My Day Away is a monthly session, so if you cannot make it this month, why not join the next month instead.
