Today's Focus: Understanding your “Why”
As you set out to redefine your relationship with technology, it’s important to become clear about what a mindful, value-driven relationship with your digital devices looks like for you. This focus will serve as a compass throughout this challenge and beyond.
Today’s Activity:
Reflect on aspects of your life that are important to you and that bring you meaning and joy. This might include your social relationships, taking care of your health, doing something creative, or learning a new skill. Questions that can guide you:
"What is important to me? What are my priorities right now?”
”Where does technology support my goals and the areas of my life that are important to me? Where does it negatively impact them?
Based on your reflection, choose one key area you wish to focus on or enhance during this challenge. It could be nurturing relationships, personal growth, health and wellness, or any other area that resonates with you.
My area of focus : ______________________How might your digital habits support this part of your life? Set one main goal for your digital habits during this challenge.
Example: "I will limit my social media use to 30 minutes per day to have more time for learning a new language."

Day 2
Welcome to
Remember:
Your goals are a reflection of your personal aspirations and lifestyle. They are very personal to you and they can evolve over time.
Goals can apply to the short-term, medium term and long term.
Taking time to understand which areas of your life (family, career, health, hobbies) are important to you right now, you can go deeper into understanding where technology adds and where it takes away from this part of your life. To get to know and define your life values and goals better, this is a great place to start.
See you on Day 3!
